The Situation

Previously, Dootsons had approached Concorde Technology Group to scope, install, and provide ongoing support for a cloud-based phone system.

Following the COVID-19 outbreak, the majority of Dootsons’ team were required to work from home, with a core administrative team based at their headquarters.  


Our Solution

Dootsons’ initial investment in a Concorde Communicator phone system - a flexible, reactive system, which could be amended quickly with minimal costs - allowed the organisation to react quickly to the COVID-19 outbreak, to ensure Dootons’ staff were fully equipped to work from home.
