The Situation
As global exporters, Grandma Singletons staff are constantly on the move and need reliable IT systems in order to be able to share information and respond quickly to queries from customers and the press. Their problem was that their server was so out of date, they frequently got email outages and none of their data was backed up.
Our Solution
Following a site visit, we proposed a solution that utilized a shared storage platform to enhance performance and storage capacity, with the existing physical server upgraded and rebuilt to act as a new onsite back-up. Additional security was suggested via further back-up to Concorde’s OnCloud environment.The Customer's Opinion
